The adoption programme is an agricultural asset participation model: you adopt a real, existing Musang King durian tree, the farm manages it professionally on your behalf, and you own the harvest rights — trackable in real time through our 3D Digital Twin platform.

Unlike conventional investments, you adopt a tangible agricultural asset with a real GPS coordinate, tree ID number, and growth record. You can visit in person — this is not a paper financial product.

The farm is located at Kampung Telemong, Karak, Pahang, Malaysia — approximately 96 km from KL City Centre (KLCC), about 1.5 hours' drive.

The farm fronts the main Telemong road with signage throughout. Adopters with a booking can drive directly to the visitor area.

Musang King (D197) is widely regarded as the "King of Durians" — prized for its rich, creamy texture, golden flesh, and lingering sweetness. It commands the highest premium of any durian variety globally.

• China import market: CNY 200–800 per fruit (frozen whole)
• The global durian market is projected to reach RM 238.4 billion by 2033, with Musang King at the top premium tier

The farm has two categories of trees:

• Growth-Phase Trees (Parcel A, 232 acres): Planted late 2023 to mid-2024, currently aged 1–2 years. First harvest expected in Year 6 (~2030).
• Harvest-Phase Assets (SDurian Portfolio): 20-year-old mature highland trees, all health-graded at S-Class (highest rating), currently producing 75–90 fruits/year.

The farm follows a monthly maintenance programme covering pruning, fertilisation, pest control, and irrigation management.

Telemong 农场总面积 432英亩永久产权（Freehold）农业地，分为两个地块：

The farm has approximately 17,500 Musang King durian trees (including ~10% Black Thorn), planted at ~40 trees per acre with ~35-foot spacing for optimal sunlight and airflow.

• Harvest-Phase (20-year mature trees): Harvest in the same year you adopt — no waiting.
• Growth-Phase (planted 2023): First fruit expected in Year 6 (~2029–2030), with yield growing annually. Break-even at Years 8–9, peak yield (~120 fruits/tree) at Years 14–15.

Musang King has one main harvest season per year (approx. June–August).

• 🎁 Consignment mode: farm sells on your behalf and remits your revenue share.

• Adopter receives: RM 4,510 × 80% = RM 3,608/tree/year
• Farm operating share: RM 4,510 × 20% = RM 902

• Adopters who take physical fruit (personal use or gifts) are unaffected by price fluctuations

Shipping costs are borne by the adopter. Alternatively, choose farm consignment to receive cash directly.

The Adoption Agreement (bilingual Chinese/English) covers these key clauses:

• Tree mortality and force majeure provisions

• The farm will issue an income statement document after each annual harvest settlement

Super Star Farm provides a tree survival guarantee mechanism:

• Within 3 years of adoption: if the tree dies due to farm management failure (not natural disaster), the farm will replace it with an equivalent tree at no cost and reset the contract term
• For force majeure events (flood, extreme weather, disease outbreak): the farm will first attempt a like-for-like replacement; if impossible, a pro-rated refund of the remaining contract fee will be issued

Monthly maintenance and pest monitoring keeps tree mortality rates extremely low. Mature 20-year trees have far higher survival rates than young saplings.

Durian yield is weather-sensitive — reduced or zero harvests are a real agricultural risk. Mitigation measures include:

• Telemong Farm borders the Telemong River — stable irrigation minimises drought impact
• 4 separate planting zones reduce concentration risk from any single extreme weather event
• In a zero-harvest year: adopters receive no cash that year, but the adoption right remains valid and resumes normally the following season

We believe in full transparency. Here are the risks to take seriously:

• 🦠 Pest & disease risk: Large-scale outbreaks can affect yield; management reduces but cannot eliminate this risk
• ⏳ Liquidity risk: Adoption rights are not as liquid as stocks; exit is subject to contractual restrictions
• 🏛️ Regulatory risk: Changes to Malaysian agricultural policy or import/export regulations may affect sales channels
• ⌛ Growth-phase waiting risk: New trees produce nothing for ~6 years — patience required

The farm carries Malaysian Agricultural Comprehensive Insurance covering:

• Fire and natural disaster (flood, lightning) basic cover
• Agricultural infrastructure (storage, irrigation equipment) property insurance

Per-tree or per-harvest revenue insurance is not yet commercially available in Malaysia. Adopters' harvest risk is currently managed through contractual protection mechanisms (automatic season extension).

We are actively exploring add-on harvest insurance for adopters and will notify all adopters as soon as it becomes available.

认养者享有预约参观特权，参观次数按套餐而定（1–2次/年），永久认养者不限次数。参观内容包括：

Adopters enjoy privileged farm visit access — 1–2 visits per year depending on package, unlimited for permanent adopters. Visits include:

• Guided tour: meet your tree and learn the full Musang King cultivation process
• Harvest-season visit: watch the harvest and taste fresh fruit on the spot
• Farm lunch: traditional Malaysian meal prepared with the farm's own organic produce

Please notify the farm at least 7 working days in advance. Slots are limited during harvest seasons (main season Jun–Aug / secondary Dec–Feb) — book at least 1 month ahead.
